Sera Industries LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Bisetka mobile application ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

By downloading, installing, or using Bisetka, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information

When you sign in, we collect:

• Apple Sign In: Your name (if shared) and a unique Apple-assigned identifier. We do not receive your Apple email address unless you choose to share it.
• Google Sign In: Your display name, profile photo URL, and email address as provided by Google.

2.2 Profile & Gameplay Data

• Username and display name you choose
• Avatar appearance (selected base avatar and clothing items)
• Game history, scores, win/loss records, and achievements
• In-app points balance and transaction history
• Leaderboard rankings

2.3 Location Data

• Approximate location derived from your IP address, used to associate you with a "bisetka" (a public square or gathering point in your city) for the social map feature
• We do not access your device's precise GPS location

2.4 Communication Data

• Messages sent in in-game chat rooms and direct messages
• Room names you create

2.5 Device & Technical Data

• Device type, operating system version, and app version
• Device token for push notifications
• Crash reports and error logs

2.6 Purchase Data

• In-app purchase transaction identifiers (provided by Apple App Store or Google Play)
• We do not store full payment card details; all billing is handled by Apple or Google

2.7 Usage Data

• Game sessions, features used, and time spent in the app
• Analytics events (e.g., which games you play, how often you use the store)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and operate the App — create your account, manage your game sessions, track scores and achievements
• Enable social features — show your avatar and ranking on leaderboards, place you on the city map, facilitate in-game chat
• Process purchases — verify in-app purchases with Apple/Google and credit your account
• Send notifications — push notifications about matches, achievements, and app updates (you may disable these in your device settings)
• Improve the App — analyze usage patterns, diagnose crashes, and develop new features
• Ensure security — detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access

4. Information Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in the following circumstances:

5. Data Retention

• Account data is retained while your account is active and for up to 90 days after deletion
• Game history and scores are retained while your account is active
• Chat messages may be retained for up to 30 days
• Purchase records are retained for up to 7 years for financial compliance purposes

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), hashed credentials, and access controls on our servers. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

7. Children's Privacy

Bisetka is not directed at children under 13 years of age (or under 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at privacy@sera.dev and we will delete it promptly.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your account and associated data
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Data portability — receive a copy of your data in a machine-readable format

Account Deletion

To delete your account and all associated data, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account within the App, or email privacy@sera.dev with your registered email address.

9. Push Notifications

We may send push notifications for:

• Match invitations and results
• Achievement unlocks
• App updates and announcements

You can opt out at any time through your device's notification settings (iOS: Settings → Bisetka → Notifications; Android: Settings → Apps → Bisetka → Notifications).

10. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

11. California Residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To exercise your rights, contact privacy@sera.dev.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by in-app notification. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
